NWWUI Monthly Meeting

This month we are going to do a bit of socializing, a bit of recap on the No Kings Rally. We are also going to have a speaker: Apri Miller, Executive Director, Interfaith Solidarity & Accompaniment Coalition will provide an overview into the immigration crisis. Our migrant neighbors are living in fear; fear they feel in their bones—facing ICE raids, arrests, and deportation, anytime, anyplace, even immigration court rooms. In response, ISAAC is offering accompaniment to hearings and detentions, legal services, know-your-rights education, community empowerment, advocacy and more. Join us for an urgent and compassionate conversation about the threats facing migrant communities and how we can stand in solidarity.
